罗焱杰，男，博士。2005年7月毕业于中南大学生物工程专业，获学士学位。2008年7月于中南大学生物工程专业，获工学硕士学位。2013年7月毕业于中科院遗传与发育生物学研究所，获理学博士学位。2013年8月至2014年11月在中科院遗传与发育生物学研究所农业资源中心工作，任助理研究员。2014年12月至2018年4月在加拿大农业部伦敦发展与研究中心开展博士后工作（NSERC Fellow）。2018年作为引进人才于河北省农林科学院谷子研究所工作。
